It’s already been two weeks! We go in on Monday for his checkup. Here are some pictures of Barrett and Kyla. Just getting use to having a boy and two kids, especially with the diaper changes.

A Belated Birthday Cake!
I took these pictures a few days before going to the hospital. Miss E actually turned 1 in November, but I guess it’s better a little late then never. She wasn’t to into eating the cake, she was just interested in picking at the icing. I think the last picture says a lot about what she thought. I think they turned out great and it was fun to watch Miss E while it lasted.
Sleep, What’s That!
Well, Barrett seems to know what it is. He is such a sleepyhead, that is till it comes to the time that we are just laying down to bed.
Kyla seems to go and go. But this night she sat on Zane’s lap and just crashed.

Here are more pictures of Barrett in the Hospital. Most are taken right after he was born, would post others but I don’t want to scare you from visiting our blog! Kyla found a blue puppy just like hers and Grandma took her to go buy it, just not sure she wants to share it with her brother. Kyla has been so good with Barrett. She loves to help with anything she can and she tells us, “I need to carry him (she actually says her, but we are working on that!)”.

No Vacancy
Well, I guess a lot of people were busy nine months ago, because this morning when I called the hospital they had no bedrooms open in the LDR or Postpartum. My Doctor called another hospital and they were booked as well. He did say if I went into labor on my own, they would have to find room. So, for now we have not had a baby.
I had Zane take a few pictures of me last night, thinking it would be the last night I would be pregnant. I never got around to getting him to take some pictures of me and my belly, so here are some pictures to share.

A Birthday Bash
We took Kyla to a Birthday Bash for Maggi on Saturday at the Little Gym. It was the best set up and the kids had soooo much fun. Kyla did not want to leave when it was time to go.

Family Get Together!
I know this was last year and I never did get around to looking at the pictures until now. I thought I should post some of the pictures.
My family had an after christmas get together at the parents house. Kurt came from Steamboat, Judith came up from Blanca with Kai. David and Vanessa were out from Maryland. It’s always good to hang out with family and I have to say I am so glad that my brothers and I are close. It’s fun to see our family growing with nieces and nephews, glad to finally see Mom and Dad have some grandchildren to spoil!

Kyla enjoyed having Tio David and Daddy set up dominoes so she could knock them down. She was doing magic tricks for them, which was placing the dominoes under the table cloth and saying, “where did it go?”.
Baby Shower!
Friends gave me a Baby Shower on Thursday! It was so fun and they did such a great job. Thank you so much for such a great party, I just love you girls!

Counting the Days!
Well, we are counting the days until we have our baby boy. I see the Doctor every week now, and last week I was 1cm dilated and 70% effaced. I thought it would be fun to see what everyone thinks this baby will come in at!! So, what’s your guess? Leave a comment of the time the baby will be born and weight/length. I will be going in on the 23rd to be induced, so unless you think he is coming before then, you have the date! I will come up with a prize for the person who comes the closest!
