Just For Fun
Barrett has been starring at his hands, so I got the camera to see if I could capture it. No luck, he wouldn’t do it after I got the camera. But Kyla wanted me to take a picture of her, so I put them together and tried something different. Barrett kept trying to put Kyla’s hair in his mouth, so we had to snap quick. Kyla complains that Barrett pulls her hair, but she also puts her hair right in his hands. Oh the day when he really means it!
Kyla has been watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. She loves to dance to it, so this is what she is doing in the picture below.

The Pond in the Japanese Garden.
We went to the Denver Botanical Gardens yesterday! Grandma came up from Colorado Springs to join us. There were not a lot of plants in bloom, but you can’t beat a free day and the perfect weather! Our favorite parts were the Japanese Garden and the Tropical conservatory. Actually, Kyla’s favorite part was the pink ice cream! I had a lot of pictures, so I made a slide show. Barrett has been smiling a lot and he has started to giggle. Zane can really get him giggling good! And I swear he says Hi!
I was taking pics of Vanessa and Kyla wanted to be in them as well. She kept putting puppy at her feet not realizing that I wouldn’t get puppy in the picture.

On Saturday the whole family got together. It was fun to have everyone together. We were able to squeeze a game of Apples to Apples in. Not enough time for RISK I guess!! Thank you David & Vanessa for taking the time to come visit us! We love you!!

Tia Vanessa y Tio David came out to Colorado to meet Barrett this weekend. Barrett sure enjoyed being held all weekend, especialy by David. And Kyla loves being spoiled by Tia. I will post more pictures.
Month 2!
Well I am a little late with the onesie picture, but I got it. Here is Barrett at 2 months in the 12 month onesie. And the 1st month so you could compare his growth.

I wanted to capture a picture of Barrett smiling. While I was trying to do so Kyla was taking pictures of me, so I had to get one of her in action. I just love how she turned the camera. She also took some pictures of Barrett. I need to upload the pictures that she has taken.
Spring is Here!
Of course this doesn’t mean that it won’t snow anymore. My flowers have started to bloom and I get so excited! I never realize they are blooming until Zane tells me of course, as I never go in our front door. So, yesterday we spent some time outside in the afternoon and I cleaned up the planter a little while Kyla played on her motorcycle (as she calls it).

1. If your doctor told you TODAY that you were pregnant, what would you say? Considering I just had a baby in January, I’d say YIKES to having two babies in 2008 that aren’t twins. I could not imagine that and neither could my body.
2. When was the last time you flew on a plane? October 2006 to Utah for Adrianna’s sealing to her parents!
3. What did the last text message you sent say? It was a picture message of Barrett smiling! This is the picture (it was taken with my cell phone)!
4. What features do you find most attractive in the opposite sex? I love blue eyes, (which I never thought my children would have), a sense of humor and someone who is adventurous!
5. What is a goal you would like to accomplish in the near future? To get back in shape.
6. Shoe size? 8
7. Been to Mexico? Yes, Cancun.
8. When is the last time you had a massage? Just before I had Barrett, I need ANOTHER.
9. What was the last TV show you watched? I believe it was a portion of SCRUBS early this morning (4am).
10. What are your plans for the weekend? It will be Easter and we have no plans yet.
11. If your significant other asked you to marry them TODAY what would you say? Let’s get it on!!
12. What is in the back seat of your car right now? 2 car seats and some toys and blankets.
13. What were you doing at 8 am this morning? We were all asleep (except Zane, who was out at the airport working).
14. If you could marry any celebrity today who would it be? I don’t think I would want to be married to a celebrity, but I think Adam Sandler would be a riot to be married to.
15. Have you ever been to a strip club? Nope.
16. What is the best ice cream flavor? I have to say Dreyers Mint Chocolate Chip
17. What is the last sporting event you watched? Zane play Church Basketball.
18. Ever go camping? Absolutely.

21. What is one thing you have learned about life recently? To have more patience.

27. What is the longest plane ride you have ever been on? To Brazil, on our way to Uruguay.
28. What is the longest road trip you have ever taken? To the East coast with my family, I think I was in eight grade. We were gone for two weeks and saw a lot of places.

30. What are you craving right now? I was craving Fudge, but Larry brought me his fudge last night and it was sooooo good.
