Emmett Weekly

I have been taking pictures of Emmett on a weekly basis.  I still need to upload week 5 and post it, but I might just wait until Friday when I take his picture for week 6.  I can’t believe he will be 6 weeks on Friday.  So, here are the first 4 weeks!

Bringing Emmett Home

The picture above is of Emmett and his nurse in the NICU.  He had to do a car seat test before we could bring him home.  Since he fell asleep while he was doing the test, we decided to take him home with the fancy Hospital outfit and the wires as well.  Why wake a sleeping baby, right!!

Emmett was able to come home with us on Sunday the 12th!  He did great in the NICU and has been doing great at home as well.  Kyla has done well with the addition, Barrett has not done quite as well.  Here are some pictures of Kyla holding Emmett and Barrett fooling around when we came home from the hospital!!

Luckily I have some awesome parents and my Dad drove my Mom out from CA, they arrived in Denver on Saturday evening.  My Dad left on Monday to go back home, and my Mom stayed to help me out!  She has left now, and I sure do miss having her around!!
