We decided to join some friends on their
letterboxing adventure. Basically people hide boxes with a stamp and note pad inside. You look on the website for clues on where boxes are hiding. Once you find a box you take the stamp inside the box and stamp your book and then you stamp the note pad in the box with your stamp. Click on the link to get a better explanation about
letterboxing!
On this adventure we were reading the clues and completely missed the starting point. We parked in the general area, but started on the complete wrong side of the street. Anyway about an hour of walking around and pushing strollers through grass we headed back to the vehicles and what do you know across the street is the garden we were looking for! We definitely got our excercise and the kids had fun running around.
We found two letterboxes this evening, the first one was by the World War II Memorial in Littleton and the other was at Aspen Grove.
We had a lot of fun and I am sure will do it again. Thanks for the fun adventure T-5’s!!
This is Super Uno Guy. This was the one that we missed the starting point on. It was hiding in a very beautiful spot.

This is the World War II Memorial.

This is a fountain near the second one at Aspen Grove. I never even knew that there was this fountain at Aspen Grove.

And I just love taking pictures of our friends son, Sam, he has the greatest expressions!
